You may need to request a new passcode:
- If you forget your passcode.
OR
- If you lock the service by entering an incorrect passcode five times.
To request a new passcode text:
You may be charged your standard text message rate by your network operator.
Additional Information
Once you have requested a new passcode your previous one will become invalid.
You will receive a new passcode in the post. We will send this to the address we have on record
for you - this is the last address at which you registered a card. Your new passcode should arrive
within three working days.
Once you receive your new passcode you should use it to access the service and then change it to
one of your own choice.
Additional Information
If your new passcode does not arrive within three working days then request a new one by texting
'code' to 82428.
You may be charged your standard text message rate by your network operator.
If you no longer have access to the address you registered with the service, you will need to
delete the service from your mobile phone and re-register.
