update an account
Once your card has expired or if a replacement card has been issued the next time you try to use it with the service you will be prompted to update the card details. To do this follow the instructions below:
- Launch MONILINK™ on your mobile phone
- Enter your Passcode when prompted
- From the main menu select Options and then Account Options
- Select your account from the list and select Update Card
- Follow the onscreen instructions to update your new card details.
During the update you can change all of the account details. If you have changed address since adding the card, then you will need to update your address to the correct card holder address. Once updated we will verify your details with your bank.
If you report your card as lost or stolen you can update your card details. If you have tried to use a card that has been reported as lost or stolen, MONILINK will delete it automatically. If this happens you will need to add details of your replacement card.
